The Mello Group Website: Jennifer Mello is a Partner and Managing Broker at The Mello Group with nearly two decades of experience helping clients navigate every stage of the real estate journey. She specializes in guiding clients through the transition of selling one home and purchasing another, working with first-time homebuyers, and representing developers, builders, and landowners in the marketing and sales of both small and large-scale residential subdivision projects. Jennifer studied Public Relations and Marketing at Regis College in Weston, MA, and later continued her education at Bryant University, where she pursued a major in Marketing. She began her real estate career in 2005 with RE/MAX, and went on to co-found The Mello Group with her husband, Gary, in 2011. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. Jennifer also gives back to her industry as one of only 11 trusted Realtors selected to serve on the Rhode Island Association of Realtors Forms Committee and has been a participating member of the state-level Professional Development Committee since 2024. Known for her energy, warmth, and unwavering dedication, Jennifer builds lasting relationships with her clients, who often remember her after just one meeting and value her enthusiasm, positive mindset, and exceptional work ethic. Jennifer resides in Swansea, Massachusetts, where she was raised, with her husband Gary and their sons. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading. She is also the Founder of AccomplisHER Academy, a women’s empowerment, networking, and referral community created to inspire ambitious women to grow personally, professionally, and financially through connection, collaboration, and confidence.
